| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Sunday, March 19, 2017, page 7a O’Beyra Joy Hansen “Rusty”, 75, of Prescott, Arizona, passed away Thursday, March 2, 2017, at Las Fuentes Assisted Living with family. Born Sept. 23, 1941, in Houston, Texas, Rusty was a stay at home mom, and then went into being a travel agent when the children were grown. She enjoyed traveling with her husband, family and friends. She loved cooking; gardening; reading; back roading; bird and animal watching and spending time with family and friends. She was a Lioness; she also was in Bunco groups and a TOPS member, she was a true social butterfly. The love of her life of 57 years, Leon (Skip) Hansen passed away June 12, 2016, they say she died of a broken heart. She is survived by her daughter, Deborah Feiker; son, Robert Hansen, daughter, Katherine Smith; grandchildren, Brad Feiker, Nicole Feiker, Robert Hansen, Ashley Hansen, and Alexis Hansen; and her great-grandchildren, Rhett Feiker, Jackson Feiker, Michael Feiker and Ocean Hansen. The family invites you to join them for a Memorial on Saturday, April 1, 2017, at 2 p.m. at the Hidden Valley Activity Center, 1615 Coyote Road, Prescott, Arizona. The family suggests donations in her memory to a charity of choice. Information provided by survivors. |
