John F. (Jack) Starrett

Jack Starrett was found dead in his room in one of Hathaway's houses
yesterday morning. He had died sometime during the night.

A coroner's jury, called together by Justice Campbell, brought in a
verdict of death from natural causes.

Starrett was about 50 years of age and was supposed to have come to
this country from England. He had recently been assisting in the
building of extensions of the Electric Telephone line.


Transcriber's note: Mr. Starrett is buried at the Citizens Cemetery in
Prescott, Arizona.
