Jerry S. Kaser was born in Frankfort, Indiana on Sept. 16 1937. He
died on Sept. 14 2017, two days before his 80th birthday. He is
survived by his brother, Mike, and daughters, Kestrel and Jackie. He
has two grandchildren, AJ and Megan, and three great-grandchildren,
Aiden, Avery, and Ryan.

Jerry worked his way up from being a poor Indiana farmboy to being
an accomplished mathematical engineer at Rockwell International. He
also was proud of his appointment to the office of Exalted Ruler of
the La Habra, California chapter of the Elks Lodge. After his
retirement from Rockwell, he moved to Lake Havasu City with his
wife, Judy. There he played a lot of golf and continued to
contribute to his community through the Elks Lodge and various other
organizations. He was a kind and generous man and his great-
granddaughter, Ryan has this to say about him:

“If anybody deserves to go to heaven, it is you! If I knew the
biggest number in the world, that would be how much more grander you
are than gold, because you are kind, caring, loving and generous.
Gold can’t do all that, but you can. You’re Great-Grandpa #1 and you
always will be, no matter what.”
