Valorie E. Toth, 71, a resident of Prescott, Ariz., born September
22,
1946, in Shanute, Kan., died September 25, 2017, in Prescott.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Tuesday, October 3,
2017,
at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 150 Fleury Street, in Prescott.

Arrangements entrusted to Ruffner-Wakelin Funeral Homes.

Valorie E. Toth passed away on Monday, Sept. 25, 2017, at the Marley
House Hospice in Prescott, Arizona. She was born Sept. 22, 1946, in
Chanute, Kansas, the daughter of Donald N. and Lael (Gray) Emerick.
Valorie was 71 years old.

Valorie married Andrew L. Toth on Sept. 20, 1991, in Colorado and
they moved to Prescott, in 2002. Valorie worked as a real estate
agent in the Prescott area. She enjoyed quilting, fishing, running,
music and was an avid reader. Valorie was most proud of her daughter
and grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Andrew Toth; daughter, Stacy Roof of
Boulder, Colo.; mother, Lael Gray Dixon of Chandler, Ariz.; sister,
Celeste McDowell of Westminster, Colo.; step-children, Jeffrey
(GayAnn) Toth of Spring Valley, Calif., and Lisa (Rick) Musick of
Greeley, Colo.; grandchildren, Jessica, Lynsey, Matthew, Michael,
Samantha; and two great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her father, Donald Emerick; her brother,
David Emerick; and her nephew, Michael Berger.

A Funeral Mass will take place at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 3, 2017, at
Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 150 Fleury St. in Prescott. A
Celebration of Life will follow. In lieu of flowers, please send
donations in Valorie’s name to: St. Vincent DePaul, 150 Fleury St.,
Prescott, AZ 86301.
