Rachael Noreen Ocker-Ploegman

Rachael Noreen Ocker-Ploegman, 35, of Lake Havasu City passed away in
Henderson, Nev., April 28, 2015. She was born April 23, 1980 in
Clinton, Iowa to James J.L. and Holly Ocker. Rachael moved to Lake
Havasu City in 1993.

Rachael graduated from Lake Havasu High School in 1998 and was a
member of the track team. Rachael was a loving daughter, sister, and
friend. Rachael was a gentle and loving soul; she was vibrant, fun
loving, and a free spirit. Rachael enjoyed singing, dancing, writing,
and photography. She was well-traveled and enjoyed meeting people from
all over.

Rachael is survived by her mother Holly Ocker of Lake Havasu City;
brothers, Josh (April) Ocker of Tyler, Texas and Jacob (Mirna) Ocker
of Lake Havasu City; uncles, Paul (Tina) Ocker of Clinton, Iowa, Robin
(Debbie) Miller of Peoria, Ariz.; Aunt, Theresa (Yoshi Noguchi)
Hartley of Irvine, Calif; nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.

Rachael was preceded in death by her father James J.L. Ocker; her
grandparents; and Aunt Allison Miller and Uncle Kevin Hartley.

Rachael held a special place for her many longtime friends. She valued
the special relationship and bond she had with each one. She touched
so many people with her infectious smile and kind heart. Rachael will
forever be remembered, loved, and missed by her family and friends.

A celebration of life for Rachael will be at 6 p.m., Wednesday, June
3, in the Sunset Room at London Bridge Resort, 1477 Queens Bay, Lake
Havasu City.
