Patrick Thomas Biasiotta

Patrick Thomas Biasiotta, 85, of Cleveland, passed away on Jan. 18,
2018 (on his birthday) in Lake Havasu City.

Patrick was born in Cleveland, the son of Lewis and Josphine Biasiotta
on Jan.18, 1933. Patrick served in the U.S. Army during the Korean
War. He worked in the culinary field on Catalina Island, California,
Lake Tahoe, Nevada and Henry’s Steakhouse in Carlsbad, California.

He married Sally in 1983 and they opened their own restaurant called,
“The Blue Pelican” on States Street in Carlsbad. It was the locals’
favorite. They moved to Las Vegas working toward retirement, and then
to Lake Havasu City working at the Nautical Inn for 11 years. Patrick
retired at age 82. He enjoyed hunting, gambling and watching girls.

Patrick was a member of the American Legion for five years, the Eagles
for 10 years and the Knights of Columbus 3rd Degree since 1961. He
volunteered at Our Lady of the Lake’s Soup Kitchen for 10 years and
loved serving the community.

Patrick is survived by wife Sally, brother Anthony and Bev, sister
Jaye and brother Lewis and Barbara, five daughters, Debbie Thompson,
Michelle Metzler, Pam Pritchard and Phil, Robin Traven and Tony and
Trish McGrady and Michael, three stepsons Robert Chasmar and Lena,
Craig Chasmar and Barbara and Michael Chasmar, 13 grandchildren and
four great-grandchildren.

Patrick’s memorial service is at Our Lady of the Lake on Friday, Feb.
23, at 12:30 p.m. with a reception following the service.
