| Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home - Lake Havasu City, Arizona - Betty Lee Holmes passed away on January 21, 2016 at the age of 93. She was born on November 18, 1922 in St. Louis, MO to the late Melvin and Amy Eaves. Betty is preceded in death by her husband, Fred Holmes. She is the dear Aunt of Leo Marshall, Carol Marshall, Ila Marquitz and Janet Fortney. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations may be made to the National Alzheimer's Foundation. Services were placed in the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
