Prescott Evening Courier, Prescott, Arizona Friday, November 12, 1948, page 1, column 2 Mrs. Mulligan Dies At Home Thursday Funeral services will be held at 2:20 o'clock Monday afternoon at the Hunter Mortuary for Mrs. Walter Milligan, 51, who died suddenly early yesterday morning at her home 347 S. Mt. Vernon Ave. She suffered a heart attack. The Rev. Charles Franklin Parker will officiate at the services which will be followed by burial in the family plot in Mountain View Cemetery. She is survived by her husband; a son, Robert E., both of Prescott; her mother, Mrs. Edward Miller, of Globe; and four sisters, Mrs. Naoma Thies and Mrs. Ruth Crawford, both of San Francisco, Calif.; Mrs. Gertrude Carroll, of Laramie, Wyo., and Mrs. Roy Knight of Dewey. Mrs. Milligan was born Oct. 23, 1897, in Idaho Springs, Colo. She was married to Mr. Mulligan, Dec. 25, 1918, in Los Angeles.
