Where is John Golden?

A prospector by the name of John Golden, aged about thirty-eight years, with heavy red moustache, and who weighed about 145 pounds, was last heard of on January 20, 1903 [sic: 1904?], at Martinez, Arizona. He was driving with other burros, one large white burro branded "R" on the right shoulder. It is thought that he was killed by some one who wanted his outfit. He was a steady man and one who would not have left of his own free will without notifying his friends.
