Born in Pendleton Oregon Oct 29th 1946 peacefully passed away January 16th 2019 at Banner Boswell hospital in Surprise AZ. He is survived by his son Bob Harvey and daughter Bobbi Brooks as well as two brothers Jim & John Harvey.
