| Arizona Republic (Phoenix, Arizona) Friday, January 2, 1948, p. 12 Rites Scheduled For Slain Woman Mesa, Jan. 1--Funeral services for Mrs. Katherine M. Gohn, 59 years old, who was killed at Apache Junction Monday, will be held from Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Mesa, at 9 a.m. Saturday. The requiem mass will be said by the Rev. Leo Gattis, pastor. Burial will be in Mesa Cemetery beside her husband, who died two years ago. Mrs. Gohn is survived by a son, Shimvel Gohn, Poplar Bluff, Mo., and a nephew, LeVelle Lawbugh, Los Angeles, who came here to make funeral arrangements with M. L. Gibbons Mortuary.
