Barbara Copeland, 91, passed away on March 9, 2024, in Lake Havasu City.
She leaves behind a legacy of profound faith, instilled through her love
for Jesus and her testimony of salvation.

Born to J. Arthur & Rea Laird, Barbara celebrated 73 years of marriage
with her devoted husband, Paul. She is survived by her four daughters,
Pam (Loyd) Rains, Cindy (Larry) Hooker, Diane (Paul, deceased), Paulette
(Duane) Young, 15 grandchildren, 48 great-grandchildren, and two great-
great-grandchildren.

In her high school years, Barbara was voted to be football queen her
senior year, definitely loved by her classmates. Barbara was a dedicated
homemaker and active member of her church, serving in various roles such
as missionary president and women's ministries director. She managed the
bookkeeping for her husband's propane business and later worked as an
allergy technician. Barbara was known for her sewing skills and
hospitality, especially her homemade rolls and chocolate breakfast
gravy. She and Paul cherished their travels, including trips to Ireland
and London with their granddaughters.

Known for her unwavering faith, Barbara's final words were "I see
Jesus." Despite health challenges, she remained devoted to her family
and will be deeply missed. Her passing marks the journey of a beloved
soul into eternity, leaving a profound impact on those who knew her.

Services will be on Friday, March 15 at Church of the Nazarene at 11
a.m.
