Published by Today's News Herald on Mar. 31, 2024 - Lake Havasu City, Arizona - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Seth William John Krick on March 17, 2024, at the young age of 20. Seth was born on Feb. 18, 2004, and brought immense joy and light into the lives of those around him. Seth is dearly remembered by his parents, Kim Krick and Scott Krick, as well as his beloved sister, Madison Grace Krick. He was also cherished by his Gandparents, Aunts, Uncles, and friends. Seth had a great love for nature, and he enjoyed engaging in outdoor activities such as camping, boating, scuba diving, and adventure. He was an active member of the Boy Scouts and Sea Scouts, exhibiting outstanding leadership qualities and unwavering dedication. In 2022, he earned the prestigious Eagle Scout designation, a testament to his hard work and commitment. Seth was also the President of the Lake Havasu City Airsoft Club and was a LifeGuard at the Lake Havasu Aquatic Center. Overall, his achievements reflect his perseverance and dedication to serving others. Seth graduated from Lake Havasu High School in 2022 and was known for his kindness, enthusiasm, and the genuine friendships he formed. His teachers and peers admired him for his positive attitude and willingness to help others. Seth attended Mohave Community College, where he pursued a degree in physical therapy. His ambition, intelligence, and spirit of inquiry shone brightly in his academic endeavors, driven by a deep-seated desire to help others heal and thrive. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations for the Seth Krick Memorial Scholarship for LifeGuards and the Lake Havasu Sea Scout Ship 450, in honor of Seth's love for the aquatic world. Donations can be made at the Lake Aquatic Center in his memory. Seth's spirit, laughter, and love will forever remain in our hearts. Although he has left this world far too soon, his legacy of kindness, adventure, and compassion will continue to inspire us all. Rest in peace, dear Seth. You will be profoundly missed but never forgotten. |
