On Monday, Nov. 20, 2023, Dr. David C. Harrison passed from this life to
the next. He was 84 years old. He was visiting a man who had a heart
attack at a hospital in Prescott. While in the hospital, he collapsed in
his chair and stepped into eternity. David is survived by his wife and
five children. He has impacted so many people by his selfless giving and
service. His favorite phrase was "People don't care how much you know
until they know how much you care."

Davis was passionate about interpreting scripture in its original
context of Hebrew and Greek and was a defender of the truth of Christ.
He was the Pastor at Grace Bible Chapel in Congress for 21 years, until
he handed over the reigns (sic: reins) to Pastor David Zambrano in 2021.
He continued to do outreach in biblical studies for other communities as
well as create long term cooperatives with bible universities. His
belief system held that "a church is more than occupying the land upon
which it dwells."

David Harrison had many life accomplishments. He was a Biblical
historian and had conducted seminars throughout the nation on biblical
foundations for science and history. He was the founder of The Institute
for Bible Science and Discovery and served as a writer, lecturer and
speaker. He also authored the "Biblical Timeline Series." His ongoing
community outreach with residents and government officials assisted with
establishing and instituting solutions which helped many Congress
residents, as well as the overall well-being of the community.

Dr. Harrison was the founder and developer of C-Point Academy, an
education center that served students in the rural area and remote
conditions. He was appointed Col. De Camp by Gov. Bruce King in the
state of New Mexico.

David held a certificate of appointment to the Business Advisory Council
for the National Republican Congressional Committee. He was named
business man of the year in 2006 by the National Business Man's Council.
Dr. Harrison was also the founder of We Care, Inc. and cofounder and
chairman of the board of Foster Parents Legal Solutions.

A celebration of life will be held at Grace Bible Chapel (25605 Ghost
Town Rd.) in Congress Friday, Dec. 15, starting at 1 p.m. If Dr.
