Published by Today's News Herald on Apr. 14, 2024 - Lake Havasu City, Arizona - Rhonda was born on Sept. 3, 1951, to Pete and Josephine Buzoff in Charleroi, Pennsylvania. At the age of 12, her family moved across the country to California, eventually settling down in La Habra, California. It was here that she met the love of her life, Perry Miller. They wed on Oct. 19, 1971, and moved to Brea, California where they raised their two sons, Perry "Scot" and Keith. In 1980, Rhonda and her family began vacationing in Lake Havasu City. Rhonda's love for Lake Havasu City grew and she along with her husband decided to build a home in Lake Havasu City. In 2003, they made the decision to move permanently to Lake Havasu City where Rhonda quickly established herself within the community. Rhonda opened and ran several small businesses specializing in motorcycle apparel, women's purses and jewelry. Rhonda loved the Lake Havasu City community and began to volunteer and helped several non- profit organizations. Outside of her family, Rhonda's greatest love was Women with Willpower, a non-profit organization created to provide a helping hand to women in need. Rhonda worked diligently with Women with Willpower, eventually attaining the position of President which she held until her illness forced her to step down. Through Women with Willpower, Rhonda made numerous friends and was able to help countless women in Lake Havasu City. At the time of her passing, Rhonda was surrounded by her Husband, Perry Miller and Sons, Perry "Scot" Miller and Keith Miller. Rhonda is survived by her husband Perry, sons Scot and Keith, daughters- in-law Alicia and Michelyn, grandchildren Ryan, Kayley, Joey, Reislyn and Nicholas, and great-grandchildren Brendan, Ailis and Isabella. Service Friday May 17, at 2 p.m. followed by the celebration of Life at 3 p.m. - 6 p.m. Both events will be held at the Lake Havasu Recreation Center 100 Park Ave. Relics & Rods Room.
