| Published by Today's News Herald on Apr. 21, 2024 - Lake Havasu City, Arizona - We are sad to announce the passing of Russell Charles Couch. He died at the age of 62 on April 13, 2024, in Lake Havasu City after a battle with cancer. Russ worked in the aerospace industry in California before coming to Lake Havasu City to be a boat captain. Russ loved the outdoors, especially the water. He was captain of the Dixie Belle for years before being the captain on the Dreamcatcher ferry to Havasu landing. Surviving family members are his brothers, Randy and Rob and their wives, Denise and Lisa. A private ceremony will be held in Lake Havasu and another in Yosemite. He will be missed! |
