Wickenburg Sun (Wickenburg, Arizona) Wednesday, November 6, 2024, p. A-6 It is with great sadness that the family of Kyle Lee DeLoria announce his peaceful passing on Sunday, Oct. 20 at the age of 60 years at his home in Wickenburg. Kyle courageously fought a six-month battle with cancer with the love and support of his wife Toni. Kyle lived a life of serving the Lord and thankfully, he is now in the presence of Jesus. Kyle is survived by Toni DeLoria, his wife of 23 years; three adult children, Mandy, Joel and Michael; and a a stepdaughter, Jade Fisher who all reside in upstate New York; three adult stepchildren, Travis (Natalie) Hearn, Jessica McFarland and Melissa (Kyle) Wheale in Arizona; 25 grandchildren; nieces, Gianna, Lynn, Lauren, Melody, and Nicki; nephews, Jonathan, Donald, Eric and Aaron; and three brothers, Shane (Terrie) from Wickenburg, Cris (Alice) from California and Robin (Donna) from New York. Kyle was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Beatrice DeLoria; two half brothers, Edward and Marvin DeLoria; and a grandson, Nathan Wheale. Kyle was an emergency room registration representative at the Wickenburg Community Hospital; a job he valued and loved because of the incredible and caring staff he worked with to aid those in need. Kyle was a Commissioned Minister at the Mount Hope Assembly of God where he had been attending services for 25 years and he absolutely loved sharing and teaching the word of God. Born in New York [June 16, 1964] and raised in the Adirondack Mountain town of Newcomb, Kyle had a tremendous love for the outdoors. He looked forward to each November as an opportunity to get back to Newcomb to enjoy hunting season with his life-long and best friend Edward LaCourse. Kyle also loved hitting the fairways at the Wickenburg Country Club and golfing with his brother Shane and many buddies, where they would participate in periodic tournaments. We will miss him terribly, and we know where he is. As soon as he took his last breath, he saw the face of Jesus. There is no more pain in his body, he is full of joy, peace and love. We who know Jesus know we will see Kyle again. Here we are sad, but Kyle is not sad, he is happier than he has ever been. A Celebration of Life for Kyle will be held on Saturday, Nov. 16 at 10:00 AM at Mount Hope Assembly of God in Wickenburg. |
