Loretta Charlotte Holloway
July 21, 1936 - December 23, 2024

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Loretta
Holloway, age 88, of Lake Havasu City, Arizona, after a long battle with
dementia. Loretta was born on July 21, 1936, in Bell, California, and
was a lifelong resident of California before settling in Lake Havasu
City.

She was the beloved daughter of Irene and Dumont Meier and the cherished
sister of Valaria Pellitier, who preceded her in death in 2021.
Loretta's greatest pride and joy were her five children, whom she raised
with love, devotion, and an unwavering sense of compassion. Her heart
was always open to family, friends, and anyone in need, offering a
listening ear and a helping hand without judgment.

Loretta had an infectious laughter that would fill any room, and she
especially shared countless joyful moments with her sister, Val,
exchanging jokes and stories for hours. A lover of music and dance, she
found happiness in the melodies of artists such as Engelbert
Humperdinck, Andy Williams, and others from her era.

In her lifetime, Loretta was a steadfast presence in the lives of her
children and grandchildren, offering support, guidance, and endless
love. She will be dearly missed by her family, including her children:
Denice Lopez of Barstow, California, Colleen Phelps of Highland,
California, Karen Nollet of Lake Havasu, Arizona, and David Holloway of
Indio, California. Her daughter Lynette Caruso, who passed away in 2009,
will be forever in her heart. Loretta is also survived by 11
grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Family Care
Hospice, who provided compassionate care in Loretta's final days.
